Esta trabajo contiene estructuras musicales bastante elaboradas, siguiendo la linea de las dos entregas anteriores de la banda. El primer track, denominado "Twist the Knife (Slowly)", hizo muy popular a este LP por ser incluido en el soundtrack del juego "Mortal Kombat".
