Stream of Consciousness es el tercer álbum de estudio de los italianos Vision Divine, lanzado a la venta en Abril del 2004. El año anterior, el vocalista Fabio Lione comenzó a tener problemas con la coexistencia de su carrera musical y las tareas que la banda le exigía, por lo que luego de unos meses decidió separarse del grupo, siendo sustituido por Michele Luppi, quien terminó la grabación de este trabajo.
