The Fire and the Wind es el tercer y último trabajo de Demoniac, lanzado a la venta en el año 1999. Este fue el único disco grabado luego de su asentamiento en Londres. El sonido black de los anteriores trabajos fue casi eliminado, salvo por la voz del vocalista de Behemoth.
